Well-rounded and complete yoga class where you’ll move through a variety of poses and sequences while exploring the balance between movement & stillness, effort & ease, and strength & surrender. A great amount of attention is given to the correct alignment of the body which makes the physical practice of yoga safe and effective.

Private Yoga

In-person & online

Therapeutic application of yoga to offer you real-life benefits off the mat. Different techniques and practices of yoga will be applied to promote holistic wellbeing and alleviate health conditions such as back/shoulder/hip pain, chronic stress, digestive issues, and insomnia. Private classes are also a great choice if you want to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga and learn how it can benefit You, taking into consideration Your specific needs.

Happy Hips Yoga Immersion

Monday, April 15th 19:00-21:00 at Centro Armonia in Bellinzona

Two-hour yoga immersion class dedicated to hip health. This session is designed to guide you through a series of practices, focusing on enhancing mobility, building strength, and fostering deep relaxation in the hip area. We will use self-MFR techniques, active mobility exercises, traditional yoga poses, and restorative yoga to create a sense of balance in your hips and lightness in your step.
