POSTNATAL YOGA at Plasma Yoga in Zürich

CORONAVIRUS: NEWEST INFORMATION FROM 13th OF SEPTEMBER: On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, the Federal Council decided that the certificate requirement will be introduced from Monday, September 13, 2021.

Yoga classes, which are carried out regularly in the same composition, as a permanent group and in separate rooms, are exempt from the requirement of a certificate. This applies to indoor yoga classes with up to 30 participants. Should individual course participants not be able to take part in all of the training courses due to illness or vacation, the group will continue to be considered permanent. It is also possible to integrate new people in exceptional cases (e.g. in the context of trial lessons or if yoga lessons are to be made up or made up on another day, etc.). For courses without a certificate, the contact details must still be recorded and the distance must be maintained. I’m looking forward to practicing with you!

Are you looking for Yoga in your life?

Maybe you would like to relieve and manage stress?

Perhaps your physical body is craving for balance & freedom?

Or would you like to learn how to meditate and breath better?

Have you recently given birth and would like to support your body to recover from delivery and connect with your baby?

If yes, then you’ve come to the right place.

My name is Tanja Iovene and my passion is to help my students blossom in their personal life journey using the ancient tools of yoga.

You can come as you are without having to worry whether you are flexible enough, strong enough, or experienced enough. You are enough exactly the way you are. The yoga practice is there to help you grow in those areas of your life that you wish to change.

You are welcome to join my regular weekly yoga classes or book a private session where we can deepen your understanding of yoga and design a practice that supports your specific needs and goals.
