I’m currently studying to become a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, and have completed specialized training in:

  • Yoga for Athletes: Supporting performance, recovery, and injury prevention through yoga.

  • Spine: Anatomy, Dysfunction, & Application: Addressing spinal health issues, improving posture, and relieving pain.

  • Hip: Anatomy, Dysfunction, & Application: Supporting hip mobility, alignment, and recovery from dysfunction or injury.

In our private sessions, I draw on these therapeutic practices alongside traditional yoga techniques—postures, breathwork, and meditation—to promote holistic wellness. These practices are particularly beneficial for alleviating health conditions such as back, shoulder, and hip pain, chronic stress, digestive issues, insomnia, and more. Through Yoga Therapy, we can work together to create a practice that supports your healing journey.
