Private Yoga & Yoga Therapy

Private yoga offers a more personal way to practice.

In a one-to-one setting, the practice is shaped around your body, your needs, and what feels supportive right now. We can slow things down, explore movement and breath in more detail, and adjust the practice as we go. It’s a space to listen closely and move without pressure or comparison.

Private sessions are especially supportive if you’re dealing with pain, recovery, stress, or if group classes simply feel like too much.

I work with a therapeutic, body-aware approach, drawing on yoga, breathwork, and meditation to support strength, mobility, recovery, and nervous system regulation.

Sessions are available in person (Thalwil & Bellinzona) and online.
