Happy Hips: Yoga to Stretch, Strengthen, and Release the Hips
This two-hour yoga immersion class is dedicated to hip health and well-being. This session is designed to guide you through a series of practices, focusing on enhancing mobility, building strength, and fostering deep relaxation in the hip area. We will use self-MFR techniques, active mobility exercises, traditional yoga poses, and restorative yoga to create a sense of balance in your hips and lightness in your step.
Yoga Retreat
Escape the end of winter and enjoy a spring week of yoga, meditation, and more in beautiful Andalusia, Spain. Join my teacher Tove Palgren and me for a week of recreation through yoga, meditation, philosophy, restoration, and relaxation at the wonderful Santillán Retreat in Andalusia, Spain.
This yoga retreat is giving us exactly what we need at the doorstep of spring: new energy through the practice of yoga asana, meditation, breathing, and connecting with like-minded people.
We will have daily asana classes, meditation sessions, and talks. There will also be time to hike, swim in the saltwater pool, read or really take it easy, rest, and allow the yoga to take effect. You have the possibility to book massages and other treatments for an extra charge.

Open to Abundance - Summer Wellness Workshop with Yoga & Essential Oils
Summer is a time of light, growth, and abundance and we are offering you the perfect occasion to reflect and activate your intentions for the season. To celebrate, Tanja Iovene will guide you through a beautiful yoga practice to help you open your heart and connect with your body. Lotte from Blōemologie will give you a brief introduction to the wonderful world of essential oils, focusing on the emotional and physical uses of the oils of abundance, self-love and growth and the creation of a lovely skincare oil to pamper body and soul.
Spring Energy Boost - Yoga & Wellness workshop for women

Tap into the energy of Spring with a reviving yoga practice and learn how to boost your vitality with pure essential oils and by tuning into your cycle and nature’s rhythms. This workshop is taught in collaboration with Lotte Käller-Cox, a Certified Aromatherapist & Yogabody Breath Coach, and Janelle Angelsberg, a Registered Nurse & Menstrual Cycle Enthusiast.
The workshop starts with a 75-minute yoga class taught by me, Tanja, (suitable for all levels of yogis) at Mala Yoga in Thalwil. After yoga, we will move to Our Happy Place, located only two minutes from the yoga studio. There, delicious snacks and drinks, made with love by Julie from Our Happy Place, will wait for us. After this light brunch, Lotte will introduce you to the wonderful world of essential oils and you’ll have the opportunity to experience them, hands-on, in 3 ways. We will close the event with a lecture about cycle syncing by Janelle. She will teach you how to discover the superpower within every woman & how to harness it in your life.
