Are you experiencing discomfort in your lower back? Join my gentle evening yoga class designed to alleviate tension in your lower back. This session focuses on gentle stretches and restorative poses, emphasizing relaxation to restore the body’s equilibrium and reduce the effects of chronic stress. Perfect for all levels, this class will help you unwind and rejuvenate.

You will have access to the recording of the class for one week, during which you can watch the recording as many times as you like. Maybe this practice, or parts of it, will even become part of your evening routine.
