Low Back Liberation: Online Yoga for Spinal Health
Low Back Liberation is a gentle, alignment-focused yoga class designed to support spinal health, reduce discomfort, and promote relaxation. While the class focuses on the lower back, it addresses the entire spine to enhance balance and mobility. Each session includes practices to stretch tight areas, strengthen weak muscles, and release tension, helping you move with greater ease and comfort.
Props such as yoga blocks, straps, and blankets may be used to ensure accessibility and safety. This class is suitable for all levels and offers a consistent way to care for your back and build long-term spinal health.
When: Tuesdays, 6 PM–7 PM (CET) The class starts on February 11th, 2025
Where: Online via Zoom (link provided upon registration)
Who: Open to all levels, no prior yoga experience required
